PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Babysleepsonic™ speaker bumpers and pillows are sized for standard cribs with railings and will be offered in organic and decorative fabrics as shown in our online preview. Actual Babysleepsonic™ and Sleepsonic® products may differ slightly from images in our website and brochures. The Babysleepsonic™ is scheduled to be available to the public by early Summer 2008. The regular-sized Sleepsonic Speaker Pillows for parents an the full line of CDs shown in our online store are now available for purchase.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

ALL items are normally shipped within 24 to 72 hours after receipt of order. All CD orders are shipped via USPS Priority (5 days) and should arrive 4 to 8 business days after the order process date. Most other products including Sleepsonic stereo speaker pillows ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business Days) or UPS, depending on the service selected.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

If an item is defective we will replace the item at your request (no refunds on shipping), providing you notify us within 15 days after you receive your shipment, and send back the faulty product. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at 1-866-468-0820 or contact us by email.

RETURN POLICY

For CDs, unless a manufacturing defect is found, are non-returnable. All returned orders will be charged a $10 re-stocking fee. If a product is returned do to incorrect shipping address, the account will be credited the cost of the product, not the cost shipping.
